The table below shows the obtained scores of the ProM 6.15 Xcavator plugin (using the default configuration) on the data sets of the different Process Discovery Contests.

As we can see, for five out of the nine contests, the Xcavator scores better than the winning submission. The fact that the Xcavator scores worse for the first three contests is not a surprise, as these submissions to these contests were typically handmade and tailored towards the data set. The difference for the fourth contest, 2022, is small, the winner scores 89.53% whereas the Xcavator scores 89.50%. As a result, we can conclude that the Xcavator scores very well in the automated contests (as from 2020).
